The SOS Caring for Community at Christmas Program ensures that local children and youth experience the magic of Christmas, and that adults and seniors also experience joy and dignity over the holidays.  This year marks the 11th year of the Tigh-Na-Mara Toy Drive, the biggest toy drive of its kind on Vancouver Island.

Over the years, the event has brought in close to 13,950 toys and over $67,500 in donations for the SOS Caring for Community at Christmas program.
Guests bring a new unwrapped toy or monetary donation and receive a free buffet breakfast at the resort. At this year's event, a total 1,813 toys were donated and $13,619.25 raised.

Shown above are a few of the many Parksville AM Rotarians who support this program every year, congregating at the Tigh-Na-Mara for breakfast and camaraderie in support of a worthy cause.
